- Owner, 2026-10-22, from the Pro Care Overview and the Pro Care Tracker: Pro Care covers the Prism line (801 and 802 rack systems; 853, 873 and 877 cards; Prism Flex 855 and Flex Mk II encoders, Flex Mk II and Flex 875 decoders; Prism Mobile 857 and Mk II; Prism Mobile 5G, Dual 5G-Q and Gov encoders; Prism Mobile Backpack 859 and Mk II) and the Ranger line (Mk II 2500 and 5000 in Gold Mount and V-Mount; Micro 750, 2500 and 5000; transmitters and receivers), Prism Jetpack included. Units under Pro Care stay in warranty for the whole plan.
