## Owner's statements

- Owner, 2026-10-22: Teradek TV cannot run on customer servers, not even its media servers. This replaces the Enterprise on-premises / private server option on the teradek.com Teradek TV page. That page also lists 'On-premises studio hosting servers' on its public roadmap (lifecycle.roadmap_public), which the statement does not address.
- Owner, 2026-10-22: support also runs in Eastern European Time business hours; the exact hours are not given.

## Not on this site

- Teradek TV: no announcement of a future price change is held.
- Teradek TV: migration terms (moving accounts or hardware to another Teradek platform): Not collected yet; ask Teradek support.
